Returns and exchanges are accepted if contacted within 5 days of delivery and shipped back within 10 days. Custom or personalized orders and sale items cannot be returned unless defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if items are not in their original condition.

 Sizing details:

All men's stretch bracelets are 8" unless otherwise noted. Please contact Customer Service at info@kingstonalexander.com if your specific needs call for smaller or larger sizing.

When buying a bracelet, your bracelet size is your wrist size plus 1 inch or 2.5 centimeters.
