Custom or personalized orders and sale items cannot be returned unless defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if items are not in original condition.
    3. Custom Orders: Custom jewelry orders are available with a 60% upfront deposit and the remaining 40% due at completion (within 5 days). Delays beyond that incur a 6% daily increase.
